What is Uppipe and how does it work?
Uppipe is a design-on-demand service powered by hourly creative packages. You submit requests through the platform, the team produces your assets, and time spent on design, revisions, project management, and communication is discounted from your hourly balance.

Uppipe is used by:

What types of design assets can Uppipe create?
We cover most visual communication needs, including:
• Social media graphics
• Digital ads
• Sales decks & pitch decks
• Motion graphics & animations
• Infographics & KPI visuals
• Email graphics
• Brand assets & adaptations
• Landing page visuals
• Icons, posters, and product visuals
• Rush-eligible assets are listed in our Rush Guidelines. -
What types of assets are NOT offered?
Uppipedoesnot provide:
• Complex Coding
• 3D modeling
• Large-scale video production (filming)
• Custom photography
• Industrial product design
• Advanced illustration styles requiring dedicated artists not Ai. -
How do hourly packages work?
All requests draw from your hourly balance. Any design work, revisions, communication, file preparation, or project management time affects your total hours.

When do hours expire?
On-Demand Packages: expire 30 calendar days after purchase.
Annual Corporate Contracts: hours are available for 12 months and expire at the end of the contract year.
Expired hours cannot be rolled over, refunded, or reactivated.

Why do on-demand hours expire in 30 days?
Short-term expiration supports predictable production capacity, ensures workflow stability, and allows us to maintain premium turnaround times for all clients.

What happens if my hours run out mid-project?
Production pauses until additional hours are purchased. Delivery timelines resume once your balance is restored.

How fast is the turnaround time?
Standard delivery: 24–48 business hours per request
Rush delivery: 6 hours (not all design assets apply)
Turnaround times may vary depending on complexity, feedback delays, or missing inputs.

What is Rush delivery and how is it billed?
Rush delivery provides a 6-hour turnaround for eligible assets.
Rush hours are billed at 2× your current hourly package rate.

Which assets qualify for Rush turnaround?
Typically:
• Social graphics
• Digital ads
• Simple animations
• Quick adaptations
• Static layouts
• Heavier assets (complex motion, multipage decks, large brand systems) may not qualify. -
How are revisions counted?
Each round of revisions consumes hours.
Any change after approval of a “final” asset requires a new request, even if based on a previous file.

Do I get access to working files (AI, PSD, AE, Figma, etc.)?
Working files are not included by default.
They can be requested for an additional fee or under specific contract terms.

What kind of dashboard or reporting does Uppipe include?
Clients receive access to real-time dashboards showing:
• Hour consumption
• Request status
• Delivery timelines
• Assigned designers
• Monthly usage reports (for corporate clients)
This gives total visibility into your creative operations. -
Can Uppipe support my in-house design team?
Yes. Many clients use Uppipe to:
• Offload recurring or production-heavy tasks
• Cover designer absences
• Handle overflow during busy seasons
• Produce variations and adaptations faster
• Uppipe integrates seamlessly with internal teams. -
Can Uppipe support my in-house design team?
Yes. Automation Hours are designed for repetitive or bulk asset creation using semi-automated workflows and templates.

Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?New List Item
Yes. Uppipe adheres to strict confidentiality. NDAs can be signed at the start of the relationship, and all client data is handled with security protocols.

Do you offer refunds if I don’t use all my hours?
No. Hours, add-ons, and monthly installments are non-refundable as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

Can I pause my subscription or skip months? (Annual Plans)
Annual Corporate Contracts cannot be paused. Payments are made in equal monthly installments, and hours expire at the end of the contract year.

What happens if I want to switch from an on-demand package to an annual plan?
You can upgrade at any time. Your new annual plan starts immediately, and you will receive your annual pool of hours upfront. Existing on-demand hours follow their standard expiry.
